AW: Hello, 2nd trimester. It's very nice to finally meet you!

So I am 13w3d now, I've heard different things from different people about when you officially graduate to 2nd tri... But I decided today is the day for me to announce it Assuming everything is okay in there, I am now in 2nd tri for the first time ever! It feels wonderful. Now, if I could just remain [somewhat] calm until my appointment on the 13th... 

In other not so good news, I have finally decided my fiance and I are over. He is absolutely ridiculous sometimes. This morning for instance, he called me BEGGING me to "skip work" and come hang out with him... (side note: HE doesn't have a job. I do. The pregnant lady who just miscarried is the one making all the money for our son... I'm not complaining about being a working pregnant woman, I'm complaining about the fact that HE doesn't have a job.) ...I said, "who is going to make money for our son if I skip work today?" And he just goes on a tangent about how I don't care about him, how I am insensitive to his needs, etc. etc. etc. I then proceeded to tell him I don't care how sh!tty of a father he wants to be, that I am going to be a damn good mother. And there is NOTHING he can do to change that. :::sigh:::

Good riddance.

I'm sorry your FI is being such a turd. I'm glad you have a supportive group of people behind you.

congradulations on making it to your second trimester, remember to always be cautious for preterm labor still. And it is great that you are not relying on your man for supporting your baby.

So sorry you are going through these issues with your fiance, but glad to hear you have other forms of support to help you!
