IHOP - do kids eat for free all the time?

DD loves pancakes...thought it would be nice to have a family dinner at IHOP for New Year's Eve. I think kids eat for free at IHOP but is it all the time or just designated nights? I'm sure it also varies by locations/states.

nope... DD has never eaten free there. maybe certain nights

No - it's only on certain nights. I think they have a calendar or more info online.
