sloooow board... share your NY plans!

granted it's only 11am EST, but the board seems to be going awfully slow today.

for those who are here... what are your plans for new years? or, if you prefer-- any resolutions?

i don't have any new years plans at the moment other than snuggling with hubby on the couch. i do have a really cute little onesie and pair of baby legs to dress lilly up in, though.

I'm usually just a lurker on this board but I'll play!  Staying home, the in laws are coming over!  (Yes, that's an excited exclamation- I love my in laws!)

I'm making wings, pigs in a blanket, home made pizza mini bagels, spicy sausage queso, and premade mini quiches!  I also bought sweet potatoes to make DD homemade sweet potato fries for the first time.  I'm hungry just thinking about it!

mmm, sounds yummy! i feel like we should do something kinda special, i just have no idea what. good food is always special, though. i'll look into that!

I'm sure we will discuss over the phone, but all 3 of us are going to some friends' house to hang out and watch the ball drop.  

 

Resolutions - cook more meals at home and have a weekly menu, finish the afghan I've been knitting for literally like 4 years now.

Is ir a New Year's onsie??  I haven't seen any of those around here.  E got a pair of babylegs for Christmas though.  I'll have to post on FB.  DH said they made him look girly though, but they are protecting his knees from rug burn!!

yes, it's really simple, just a black onesie that says baby's first new years 2011... and there's some sort of design but i forget. blocks maybe? it's cute. i plan on pairing it up with a cute pair of baby legs and taking lots of pics! isn't it sad what my new years has become?

yeay for baby legs!!! and they aren't girly. they're awesome.
