My toddler bit me today.

I was holding Alannah in my lap, trimming her nails, and she leaned forward and bit my arm! Not hard at all...honestly, I don't know if she was goofing around, testing her limits, or was upset about being held and having her nails cut. I told her it is not nice to bite. She stopped and that was the end of it. I hope that IS the end of it!

DD is in a biting phase right now.  She has all four of her eye teeth coming in so I'm pretty sure that's the cause.  Have you checked your DD mouth lately for any teeth?  DD took DS's hand the other day and I thought that she was going to kiss it (which she normally does) but she bit down.  I had to tell her "NO" so that she won't go around biting her brother.

My little guy bites when he gets overstimulated. Like if we are tickle wrestling with him or chasing him around, he will get so wound up he'll bite us. It's awful. I always warn DH because I can sort of tell by his body language if he's gonna bite.

We always tell him no biting that hurts mama/daddy but he still doesn't get it. Hopefully soon.

We entered the biting stage a few weeks ago. It is NOT fun.

Good point. She does have some molars coming through. Maybe that was it.
