Potty Training Suggestions, please

Looking for suggestions for a book for potty training boys, as well as a suggestion for a potty or potty seat.

DS is starting to show some signs.  While we're not going to pressure him, I want to be ready when he's ready.

What are the signs he's showing?  I don't think I've witnessed any yet from DS but maybe I'm missing them? 

I would love for him to be ready sooner than later, especially with #2 on the way, so we always tell him that we are going pee pee or poo poo on the potty and he almost always follows us into the bathroom to see what we're doing.  It doesn't really seem to register but I hope it will eventually and maybe he'll want to do the same.

Three big ones, for us:

1. He is mostly pooping during waking hours now, whereas he used to only poop during naps and night.
2. He knows what going poo poo is and that poo poo goes in the potty.  We cloth diaper, so as soon as he's done pooping he wants to get it into the potty so he can flush it.
3. And in the past week or so he's been trying to take his diaper off when he goes and the diaper is accessible.
