DS is almost 2! Thinking of themes...

Yes, I know I'm crazy but I love planning themed parties.  DS had a pirate themed birthday party last year and he and all his cousins had a blast at the park.  This year I'm leaning towards monster trucks (he loves trucks/cars) or a Lego party.  We don't plan games or anything- the theme is just in decorations, cake and goody bags and I think I'd be able to easily (and inexpensively- is that even a word lol) do either of these themes...so what do you all think?  Monster truck or Lego?

Lego! IMO it has more options for cute decorations.

My vote would be for Lego!

I would do monster truck now and then Lego party when he's older. All I think of is choking hazard (I know you said you don't do games).

Lego Duplo party I should say- but good point!

Monster trucks have more character I think then Lego's do.  Both are great ideas, but i would go for Monster Trucks.
