I remember seeing something on this topic recently. Well, a childhood friend who I've "reconnected" with on FB posts all sorts of nutty things on there. She is one of those frequent posters that shares everything. She also curses on there and talks about how she is a lot ot handle, people better watch out for her temper, etc etc. Its mostly just entertaining and harmless. She has 3 kids and is a single mom, former Army and now a civilian. It is also interesting to hear about her handling being a single mom of 3 kids, I don't know how she does it honestly and admire that part of her.
Anyway, in the past 2 days she has posted 3 times about how she just finished watching adult movies (but she used the 4-letter word for them) and now she's off to bed. Um, am I the only one who thinks that is wildly inappropriate?? I mean, I guess you can say what you want, but ... I almost feel bad for her. It seems like a huge cry for attention. And trust me, she gets lots of it from guys and girls when she writes about this new topic. From her updates, I see that she recently ended a relationship, and seems to go from relationship to relationship pretty quickly.
I'm not sure why I'm sharing this. Its mostly just sad, but sheesh woman, keep it to yourself. Thank goodness her kids are little and I don't think they're on FB yet. Anybody see anything like this on FB?

This reminds me of the people who post updates on FB about their kids' bowel movements. Its usually regarding potty training. I totally get the excitement of potty training success but why must you post that crap on FB (pun intended)? Sheesh.
Yeah, I don't get why some people feel the need to share such personal stuff. I'm friends with a former couple and the girl is forever complaining about her ex (a nice guy), how people ditch her, she's better than that, blah, blah, blah. Oh, and it's in all CAPS all the time. DD has a cousin (through her dad) that recently got married. She's 18. She shares damn near every marital issue they are having.
Why people want to air their dirty laundry like that is just baffling. Entertaining at times, but baffling.

I had a friend post the other day something along the lines of...
Ugh, this is the 3rd UTI I've had since John and I got married!
....ummmmm...
