need help deciding on baby gate

I am trying to decide between these two baby gates anyone use either or have an opinion?

We have one similar to the second one that we got from Dr. Fosters and Smiths. So my vote goes to that one.

To be honest, we looked at both of these and didn't like either because the actual walk through area was pretty narrow.  We ended up with the Dreambaby extra tall gates (they come in black or white) and I like them very much.
