you could mention to the hosts. if they seem up for it i guess let them get them. or if not, i say get them yourself. i've never had a shower so i'm not exactly an expert! it's just what i would do

My mom and I are making pink baby powder scented candles to give away. I know its not something you have to do at a shower but I think its a great idea to just give a little thank you for coming gift.

I think the chocolate is a fantastic idea! My shower is going to be candy themed and I suggested to the hostess that a good way to get rid of all of the candy for the decorations is to give guests a cute bag to fill on their way out so we don't end up with a ton of candy!
