S/O Pillows for LO: what size?

What size pillow do you plan/have given your LO to sleep with?  Toddler size, Travel, Standard?  Not sure what to give Gigi when the time comes. I assume the pillow should be firm, not down, like we use.

I bought her two cheap pillows from WalMart - they were $2.50 each. I thought that way if I have to wash one she can use the other one. They are nice and thin.  DD loves her pillow!
