Do you send Christmas Thank You cards?

If so, do you send to everybody or just the people you did not thank in person/over the phone? DH had a blowout with his sister right before Christmas, but she sent DD a gift (we sent the entire family gifts as well). I think since I thanked MIL/FIL and aunts in person, I do not need to send them a card, only SIL. But DH thinks I need to send everybody a card if I want to send one to SIL. What do you think?

i've never sent a christmas thank you. i do for birthdays, showers, random gifts... but never have for christmas...

I didn't mostly because Skylar just had his birthday on the 17th so I sent out cards for that. I felt silly for sending another thank you card a week later. But I did send Christmas cards out.

We have not in the past but will this year. Mr.A love to do art work so we have been making TY the past few weeks (about 5-6 a week) & I will included a cute photo from Xmas. We will be sending them out this week

I checked on the etiquette for this once before. Emily Post says you only need to send a TY card if you were unable to thank the gift giver in person. However, there is nothing wrong with sending a TY to everyone...so I always do, for any occasion on which gifts were received.
