The contents of this site helped me a lot when I was dealing with my separation from XH.  I still refer to it when I need to, which is thankfully not nearly as often as before.  It might be helpful to some other people who were blindsided by their ex in ending up in this situation...

I like this.  It reminds me of the post I wrote about giving up control.  It's very difficult but ultimately we truly don't have the ability to control others.
