I read the book by Gill Rapley and Tracey Murkett, it seems big but is very repetative and easy to read. I have only just started and have friends who have done it with their older children so I have lots of support there. Here is her website
she has links to a quick start guide, dos and don'ts, as well as a link to a forum. I have not spent much time on the website as everything but the forum is in the book but we might be having a look if we hit any road blocks!
