Crazy Coworker Story of the Day

Coworker tells me that his daughter, age 6, cried Christmas morning because she didn't get what she wanted for Christmas.  I asked what she wanted, and he said that ever since she watched Bambi, she has wanted to kill a deer.  Apparently, she wanted him to take her hunting for Christmas.  Who watches Bambi and thinks, "I want to kill deer?" And to make matters worse, coworker, who is not a hunter, said he seriously thought about letting her go hunting with his cousin, who is a hunter, because killing a deer might improve her self esteem.  Tongue Tied

    Instead of thinking "maybe I should let her go kill a deer" maybe he should be thinking "maybe I should find a good child psychologist."

    I'm sorry, but most 6 year old children are distraught over the deer being killed.  A lot of kids don't like the movie because of it.  I've never heard of a kid wanting to go kill a deer after watching it ... and I'm damn near an expert on kids (kidding ... but I do own a preschool).

    You're probably right. This kid is the next Jeffrey Dahmer in training.
