I m/c at 10.5 and it was my 3rd PG (I have one DS.....), so I was already showing and I was VERY bloated. I just had my D&C on Tuesday and I realize everything is not going to just "go away" immediately, but I still feel PG I HATE it. My clothes still don't fit and after I eat, I look PG When will it get better???? People at work are still looking at my stomach (no one knew I was PG and no one knew I had a m/c), but I feel like people were beginning to wonder if I was PG and they are still looking It really sucks.....
Sorry for your loss((((((hugs)))))))! This does suck! I mc at 8 weeks 2 days and never had any bloat so I can't help you on that but with time I am sure you'll be back to "normal" and the bloat will be gone.
I'm so sorry for your loss. With my first m/c, I was at 10 wks and had really bad bloat. I had a d&c and noticed my body going back to normal about 2 days after my d&c. The belly bloat, though, was the last to go. It was about 4 days after that I noticed it starting to go down.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I think a lot of my pregnancy bloat was due to both hormones and my desire to look pregnant. When I realized I had miscarried I already felt less bloated the next day because I realized I was no longer pregnant so there was no need to look it anymore. In actuality I was still pretty bloated until I miscarried and the hormone levels started to get back to normal. I think kind of like PMS, the bloat will go down when the hormones do. ((Hugs))
