Thanks. I look at their website and saw some with Babies "R" Us, so I just didn't know! I've seen it on the invite or on a separate insert. Does it matter either way?
I would do Babies R Us because that's what they have on their website.
It's fine to put the registry info on the invite for a shower. The point is to give you gifts.
The point is to celebrate the upcoming baby and there are other ways to do this besides buying a present. Putting it on the invitation only seems like you expect everyone to bring a present... what if someone just wanted to show some support and didn't have money to buy a material thing? I would just use the insert cards that are provided.
I really don't think it matters, at least not in my area. I've never thought twice when I received an invitation with registry info on it. I was just asking how it should look. Thanks!

come on. Everyone brings a gift to a shower.
OP: I think you're overthinking this...either way is fine.
"Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies. God damn it, you've got to be kind."
- Kurt Vonnegut
Babies R Us is the way I have always seen it, and I have never received the card inserts. The info has always been put on the invitation. A shower is about showering the mom with gifts, so it can be put on the invite.
It's fine for the hostess to put registry info on the invite, since she is not the one receiving the gifts. It is improper to put registry info on a wedding invite, since they are generally mailed out by the bride (who will also be getting the gifts).

I am an etiquette loving pearl clutcher, just FYI, so that is where I am coming from.
Registry info is FINE on a shower invitation. In fact they are far less annoying than having 10 little registry cards flutter out. It is when it comes to birthday parties/weddings/etc. is where it gets SERIOUSLY tacky to have it on an invite (or a registry card included). Pretty much any occasion where it is OK to have a registry card in the envelope it is OK to slap it right on the invite.
Re: Babies R Us on invite
As far as I've ever known, it should never be on the invitation itself.
They make insert cards at the stores (or to be printed online) that should be put inside the invitation's envelope.

I am definitely over thinking it. I think it's because I majored in English. Hmmm. Haha. Thanks!!!

How is using a card any different than putting it on the invite? Other than it uses more paper.
Print it on the invite without the quotes and move on.
Exactly.
On their website, everywhere they have it "spelled out" (like in their legal info), it say:
Babies"R"Us - with the quotes and no spaces.
Though I don't think it really matters to most people.
