I found lots that I liked, but most were way more than I wanted to spend on something that would be thrown away. I ended up buying one from Vistaprint. I know a lot of people have them designed on Etsy then print them on 4x6 photo paper.
DH is a computer geek so I had him design it and we had them printed at Costco as photo prints. Even having to buy the envelopes separate still made it cheaper. And like AfterAll said you can have someone on etsy create one for you and they usually only charge about $5 for the file and then you make the copies. If you go that route I do recommend envelopes.com I found them to have reasonable prices with a ton of different shades to choose from.

She does AMAZING work. I had her do a custom invitation and then uploaded it to a site in which I could print however many I wanted. I used Snapfish and it really didn't cost me a whole lot. Her custom invitation price is $20 for a high res image.

This except I had them designed by on Etsy by KimsCustomGifts and then printed at Vistaprint. Very happy with the results.

I made them with things I bought at Michael's.
