Playtex insulated sippy cups?

I used to love these now all of a sudden something happened where she cant get anything out of it and I tried looking at it but I cant seem to fix it. Anyone else have this problem?

We love these!  Did you make sure the little valve is in right?  They have an arrow on them if you look really close that shows which end goes in the spout.

We had this same problem with the playtex insulated sippy's.  DS much prefers the regular playtex (not insulated).  I don't know what the deal is, but I'm glad to hear we're not the only ones.

I cut the hole a little bigger when we first got the cups.  I tried it and it was hard to get anything out, but once made the slit a little bigger it was much easier.  Maybe try that?
