The LOs have never had ham so we want to do ham and mac and cheese. Ive never made homemade mac and cheese and felt better giving them that than box stuff?
I LOVE this recipe for a baked mac n cheese. Personally, I'm not a fan of super cheesy mac and cheese and this is the best combination of cheese flavor without being too goopy.
Cook pasta and add the rest of ingrediants to bowl . Cut cheese into cubes and microwave the mix until it is all melted. (it is ok if there are a few chunks of cheese still). When pasta is done, drain and pour all of cheese mix in and mix well. yummmm

I don't know if you have ever been to a Luby's, but this is there recipe. I have tried several recipes and this is by far my favorite!
Re: NTR: give me your best mac and cheese recipe!
This is my hands down favourite - it's the cheesiest, creamiest mac and cheese I've ever had.

You have to use REALLY sharp cheese though to get the most flavour.
