Can anyone recommend a good weight loss website? I NEED to put my physical fitness as a priority pronto. Right now, I weigh the most I ever have, and I just feel gross! I need to control my portions and work out waaay more often than I do (which is never - at the moment).
I saw some pictures of myself from yesterday and I am embarassed that I chose to allow my body to get this way. Ugh! I try not to be obsessed with my weight, but it has really gotten to a bad point. I am looking for something that will keep track of my weight and goals as well as maybe give tips re: eating and working out.
Anyone else in the same boat as I?
Thanks for your help!
Re: Good weight loss website?
I have used Sparkpeople and I really like it....it has a ton of great features and will give you everything you're looking for. And, it's free! Warning though: you do receive a lot of emails and promotional junk mail stuff...which is why it's probably free. My weight fluctuates a lot which is frustrating because I will fit really nicely into my favorite clothes and then a week later, they don't fit as well. I get into a good routine of exercising and then something happens, like DD gets sick or I get sick or we go on vacation...and then I fall off the wagon. It just takes a lot of committment and prioritizing to take care of yourself. GL! I'm ready to get back on the wagon now that the holidays are over. Planning to do some exercise tonight after LO goes to bed!

I have used Sparkpeople but didn't find it helped with the motivation. I did a boot camp (baby boot camp but regardless..) and found that made a world of difference. Could you see if you could find something like that?
