Please help....

 I was expecting AF dec 20, didn't get it.  Started cramping on the 15th and that normally means I need to get the the bathroom because its coming right now!  So This is starting 6 days past my AF due date and nothing, but I am confused because all PT say negative????  please some one give me some input I have no ideas.

You probably just ovulated later than usual, or maybe not at all yet - sometimes it happens.  If you still don't have your period in a week, take another HPT.  Most likely nothing to worry about.

Did you just get off birth control? It may take your body a while to regulate itself after BC. Also, are you charting? Not "keeping track" of AF on a calendar, I mean charting your BBT? This is the only way to confirm that you are actually ovulating. You might have just ovulated late or possibly not at all.

This. Read the newbie link in the top right corner on the main board page. Take a test every week until you get a +HPT or until you get to 60 days with no AF, then call your Dr. (whichever comes first). Good luck.

Are you charting? That's the only way to tell what is really going on. My guess is that you just ovulated late and the cramps you felt were ovulation pains. You don't always ovulate on the same day every cycle.

Thanks for all the feed back!!!  Made me feel so much better.  Here is my update.  I called my Midwife today she wants me to wait a few more days before we do the blood test.  I have been charting my BBT and I did have an slight elevation right about the time I predicted myself to ovulate.  I had an IUD that I had removed in Oct.  so I don't know if I am regular and only have one other cycle to go by, (that is why my mw wants me to wait it out) before the IUD I was on the pill, basically since I started having periods. 

 So what happens if I did not ovulate? 

How do I know when I will next ovulate? 

I am still watching my CM and its still pretty tacky and creamy.  When I thought I was ovulating earlier this month it was very wet and streatchy, I think I am a pro at the CM.  Sigh there is more waiting than I realized when we started.   Thank you all again.
