SIL asked DH, DS, and I to be in her wedding in October. I was so honored to be included and I hadn't been expecting it. I'd love to participate, but we're planning on TTC this spring. If we got pregnant right away, like we did with DS, there's a chance I could be 5-6 mo. pregnant... but I know it could take over a year, as well. She mentioned looking at dresses in February. Should I tell her I'm hoping to be pregnant then? How do I go about the ordering dresses?

I think you should tell her your plans and let her decide.  If she still wants you in there regardless of the possible baby bump then you can go from there.

I wouldn't say anything, but go for a empire waist dress. That way you should be able to fit in the dress even if you are pregnant. Of course this assumes you don't show really fast

I would let her know. That way you could discuss this with whomever she is buying the dress from. They will be able to help pick the best dress and how to size it. I was in my cousins wedding and one of the other bm was about 3 months at the wedding. She wasn't that big, but was very uncomfortable in her dress. I would try to avoid that.
