C-section moms, a bleeding ?

Merry Christmas! This is not exactly what I wanted to deal with today...

So I have had almost no bleeding since my section, but today I woke up to bright red blood on my underwear. I decided to see what happened through out the day, and about an hour ago I peed and a bunch of bright red blood with clots was in the toilet. I called OB and he said that if it gets to the point that I have to change my pad every hour or so then I should call him back/go in to the ER. And if it just continues to come as it is (only when I pee/wipe) then I'm fine, and to check back with him on Monday. Has anyone dealt with this before and it end up being something major? I'm a little concerned that I might have opened something up, but I have no pain... Any thoughts?

I had a Csec 2wks ago - I had minimal bleeding at first but noticed that when i got home by bleeding increased a bit - i relate it to moving around and walking (I have a lot of stairs in my home) - if I rest up and lay the bleeding subsides. 

Maybe you're moving around too much?

This is what H said too... I don't know I'm such and active person that all this couch plopping is driving me insane! I feel like I'm not doing anything, but maybe just simple chores is still too much right now.  Lame.

totally normal. I had on and off bleeding for 4 weeks, a week of nothing, and then AF returned.

This makes sense! LO is going through a growth spurt and cluster feeding like woa, so maybe the increase in feedings is causing the extra bleeding.

I have had period like bleeding and have passed some bigger clots as well.  Gross, but normal I think.

Im at 3 weeks and having an issue similar. I had light bleeding for 2 weeks, then nothing for several days and now its clotting a bit. My dr said the same thing yours did and also told me it was fairly normal for a c/s.
