First RE appt!! Finally a plan. Good News or Bad News??

Ok soo I had my first RE appt. today...lots of history taking and all that. He is pretty confident I am not ovulating...so we did a whole work up consisting of a pap, transvaginal ultrasound, and bloodwork. Well when he did the transvaginal ultrasound he says he sees something that looks like an egg or something in my fallopian tube? He said he can't say I am ovulating or have ovulated, he says he has to back it up with bloodwork. I am on cd 39 of my cycle (still in the cycle of my 100mg clomid cycle) BUT I had mid cycle bleeding for 5 days w/ cramping and light-medium bleeding...if that was a real period i would be on cd 23...soo i dunno...about a week ago or so I was feeling weird, kinda nauseas, empty feeling, more sexual drive, and really really alot of CM...so it got me thinking and now this ultrasound comes back with that...I am confused? I am on cd 39 but had the midcycle bleeding so wondering what is really going on, do you think that I just had breakthrough bleeding then ovulated? Is that possible? Could this be a tubal pregnancy? I am confused whether I should be hopeful or not? I get my bloodwork results on Tues. Any thoughts girls, I am really confused.
