another yogurt question

how often do you give your baby yogurt?

Every day sometimes twice a day

She gets it on weekend mornings for breakfast.  I'll also give it to her occasionally for dinner. 

She's at daycare during the week so I only feed her dinner.

Asher gets O Soy but it's about 3-4 times a week.

not often b/c ds gets constipated easily with too much dairy.  every few days or so.  but he is a huge milk drinker/cottage cheese eater so i don't stress too much on yogurt.
