I need your favorite dessert recipe ASAP!

I tried to make this yummy family recipe for a Pumpkin Roll, but apparently I did something wrong, because the filling oozed out all over the place when I tried to cut it, and it just fell apart. It looks awful.

I was planning to take it to some friends as a Christmas gift, but I'm too embarrassed to take it as it is. I'm out of ideas, running low on food, and don't know what I can take to them now.

What's your favorite easy dessert recipe that I can make and take to them tomorrow?

depends on what you have. sugar cookies are always easy and i typically have everything in the pantry. I also love cheesecake but if you dont have creamcheese thats not gunna help

Nope, no cream cheese. I used the last of it today for the pumpkin roll!!

You could make flourless chocolate cake if you have chocolate, eggs, butter, and sugar on hand. It's pretty easy to throw together.

You could also make bread pudding. There are countless variations, so you could just mix and match with what you have in the pantry.

I made cake bites tonight and they are awesome!

bake a cake like you normally would and then when it's cooled just crumble teh cake into crumbs. Mix in frosting of your choice. Roll into balls freeze and then dip in white or chocolate almond bark and let harden YUM!
