I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I'm sure there are plenty of cute books you could find on Amazon. I think the two youngest won't even notice, but the four-year-old would be more cognizant of the fact that G-Gpa is missing. The good thing, however, is that they are still very young and will bounce back very quickly - they're quite resilient at this age.
DD has lost 4 grandparents and greatGP since she was born. The last was in October. She was fine with it really. My cousin was living in my grandmother's house for a while until we got it cleaned out and we would go and pick her up and DD would say, "lets got to dead grandma's house" She will occasionally tell stories about "dead" grandmother.
Oddly, the other day she watched a commercial for edible arrangements and said. "We had those at my other grandma's when she died." She was 18 months old then. I don't know how or why she remembered that, but she did. It is not something I would really have talked about with her.
I am sorry for your loss. I am quite close to my great grandfather. He is 92 and I treasure every minute with him. Hugs to you and your family.
