Little gift for DH in a paper sack (sample mentioned)

First a little background:  I tried to schedule an appt with my Dr a month or two ago to discuss possible next steps and testing that we could do (we haven't done any thus far), but she is out till January.  So that, along with my busy schedule, I decided to wait to talk with her after she comes back.  Well, I had my yearly girly physical today with someone else.  I gave her a synopsis of the last 16 months and she asked if he's been tested.  I had to chuckle a little because DH made it clear that he would not (physically couldn't) give a sample at the clinic, but would do it if he could do it at home and bring it in (more like me bring it in for him).  Weeellllll, guess what I brought home for him to do on his day off :::grins ear to ear::: Oh yea, you guessed it, it's a cup in a sack!  Just what he's always wanted for Christmas!  Yes

    Ha... my H was cracking me up with his jokes after he had to provide a sample at our RE's office. He went at it alone because I thought that would make him more comfortable instead of me in there watching him. He said that he never wants to do that again. He said it's bad enough having scheduled sex, it's really bad to have to schedule your j/off time too! I am sure it's pretty darn uncomfortable for them, I know it would be for me!

    Hopefully your H has good results! My RE's office suggested that if we had to do it from home, as soon as he's done I put the cup in my clevage and rush it to the lab since it has to be there within 30 minutes and it needs to stay warm. Could you imagine getting pulled over with a cup of semen in between my breasts?

    Hahahhaha...OMG that is hilarious!  I don't know that I have enough clevage for it to fit...it's a relativly large cup (compared to the cave my breasts create).  He hasn't actually done it yet, but fortunately we only live 10 to 15 min from the hospital where I have to take it, so maybe it'll do the trick.

    Yea, he's really not looking forward to this.  I feel bad for him, but we go through a lot of poking and prodding and uncomfortable situations...I think it's time he pay his dues Big Smile
