fish for LOs

do you give your LOs fish... if so what type and how do you find they like it best

My girls both love grilled or baked tilapia. I don't do much... rub in salt, parsley and oregano and squeeze some lemon on at the end, serve with brown rice.  The eat it like it's going out of style.

Evelyn likes Haddock... whenever we order fish & chips, she'll get some of my haddock, and she'll eat it right up.

Alex loves tilapia (broiled with lemon juice & parm cheese on top) & Salmon. We serve both with or in rice.

DD loves tilapia. My ILs brought home some kind of Hawaiian rub, and it is sooo good on fish. You can't get it here, of course:(

great i love tilapia and i have a giant bag of frozen stuff filets for me.  Im glad to kow i can use this for the LOs too!

Thus far the only fish DS likes is canned tuna fish.  DH and I love fish and generally buy fresh fish once a week. DS seems to only like poultry thus far, besides the tuna.
