how often do you change the little white things?
I've had a significant drop in what I'm able to pump (went from like 5 oz a session to 1 oz if i'm lucky) and wondering if this could be contributing. I tried changing breastshields, too, to no avail.

Thanks for posting this Q and thanks to the PP for answering. I am borrowing my sister's PISA and I didn't know that the white things needed to be changed if they were still attached and not lost. She just told me not to lose them.
I guess I better change them b/c not sure if how often she did. She's had the pump through 2 babies......but didn't use it much for baby #2 b/c she works in a child development center (teaches pre-K) and was able to go feed her DD in the nursery and never used the pump.

Started seeing RE Nov 2012. Chromosomal test and all other tests came back "normal". Unexplained MCs. Found mild hytpothyroidism. Two unmedicated cycles, both BFNs. First medicated cycle (clomid, ovidrel) 1/23/13. Low progesterone found during 9DPO P4 test = 7.6. Put on prometrium supplements.
BFP 2/16/13; 2/18/13 (13 dpo): Beta #1=52.8, progesterone=18.7; estrogen = 412; Dr. increased progesterone dosage.
2/21/13 (16 dpo): Beta #2 = 269; progesterone = 32.4
2/25/13 (20 dpo): Beta #3 = 1,236
2/28/13 (23 dpo): Beta #4 = ?? tbd
