sick DD wants to eat...?

my DD has gotten sick twice this morning already. She had one pretty loose diaper this morning. She's been asking me to eat. The same thing happened on Tues morning. She got sick in the morning and by lunch was asking to eat. I gave her some crackers on tues and they stayed down, and everything she's eatin since then has stayed down until breakfast this morning. Now she's gotten sick one additional time... should I give her some crackers if she asks for them? I just feel bad not giving her food if she wants it.

I know the books say to wait 12-24 hours before giving solid food, but my DS is always begging for food a few hours after puking.  If he keeps water and pedialyte down for a few hours, I give him crackers and puffs.  I have even fed him banana and applesauce within hours of throwing up, and it stayed down.

Let her eat.  Just don't let her overdo it

let her eat, but feed her the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet until you're sure that other foods will stay down. 

make sure she's also drinking lots of water or pedialyte
