April Daniele Leigh

I wanted to do a double middle name with Leigh. Danielle had been suggested on here, and I do love the meaning.

So I decided on April Daniele Leigh. 

I think Danielle with two L's is too "common" looking, so I went with just one. DH enjoys it a lot, and I'd like to have your opinions.

Can I ask your reasoning for two middle names? I have two, and honestly I hate it. There's usually only room for one MN/MI anyway so the second one is sort of superfluous.

I do prefer the spelling Danielle to Daniele but both are fine.

I have to say though, all three names seem pretty 1980s to me.

I have two middle names, and I greatly enjoy the fact that I have two. So I wanted to pass that on.

I like April. Danielle is fine, but I only like it spelled this way.

i must be out of it, too. i like this name (though i'd prefer danielle with two Ls.) And I have no problem with two middle names, either.

I have enough problems getting people to spell my name, Danielle, correctly with 2 L's and not just as Daniel (or pronouncing it that way for that matter) so I really dislike Daniele. I also hate 2 middle names, sorry.

My name is Danielle and I have 3 middle names. Do your kid a favor and spell it correctly. People still call me Dan-yul like a boy and without that extra L I see a lifetime of mispronouncing!

And no, I actually did not post this trying to start drama. I wanted your thoughts, I don't see what's so bad about the name that it'd be viewed as a "troll post"

I never claimed to have a child, so I really don't know where THAT'S coming from.  All I've ever done was post names and ask for opinions.

That's because I haven't done anything. I really have no clue what strangebird is going on about. O.o

Other than the spelling of Danielle (I think it looks odd personally - like Daniel with an "e" on the end rather than a feminine version of Daniel) I think the name is nice.  NMS, but I think it's ok to have two middle names and these are all perfectly fine names.  It is a little '80s maybe, but at least your daughter won't have 3-4 classmates with the same name.
