    we let dd run a minute naked before bath and the other night she saw her naked ness and was really confused. we laughed so hard.

    That is too cute!  DS has never once tried to take his diaper off or show interest in the toilet.  I think we are going to be those who don't potty train until closer to three.  That's fine I'm in no rush.
