I work in a pretty small office, about a dozen of us. Is it rude is I quietly just give the two that I work with a Christmas gift? Or do I need to get everyone a little gift?
I am everything from property manager to web designer to planner. I didn't give everyone in my office a gift (there are 10 of us). I gave gifts to the ones I am close to. As long as you are discreet I see no problem with it.
I agree with the PP as long as you are discreet, give to whomever you wish. As for me, I work in an office with 100+ people but I made homemade goods for about 6 of the people that closely work with me. My boss is the only one who got something other than homebaked goods, because her son is about my daughter's age and I bought him a toy.
