FF moms...has your period returned yet?

Alright so my period is still MIA...and today it has officially been one year since I've had a period and my baby will be three months old next week. Everyone I talk to seems surprised I haven't gotten it yet. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative and we have been using condoms so I don't think I'm pregnant. I'm not supposed to start the Pill until the Sunday after my first period. How long did it take you all to get it back or are you still waiting too? I do need to say that I have been having some spotting but no real period yet. When should I call my dr? Thanks and Merry Christmas!

I'm 6 weeks post partum. I breastfed my LO for the first 2 weeks and then switched to formula. My PP bleeding stopped around 3 1/2 weeks in, but I started having a period (I think) around 5 weeks after delivery. It has now stopped, and I am taking my BC pills. 

I'm hoping my body gets back to normal soon. I think it is very confused. GL with your situation! I would call your doc if you are concerned.

I am 8 weeks PP and I got my first period last week. I stopped BF at 4 weeks so only three weeks later for me. I was really really surprised though because I have always had irregular periods, like maybe two or three a year since I started when i was like 13! I am curious to see if it will stay constant now!

I would probably give my dr. a call. Maybe starting the pill would get things set back in a regular schedule?

I think so...? I never really stopped bleeding, except for a couple days. Then the bleeding came back a couple of days ago, so maybe this is it?

I have some clotting/bleeding issues, so my body is doing irregular things right now anyway, though.

Mine came back at 9 weeks, and it was very obvious that it was a normal period. My pp bleeding had been done for over a month. I'm formula feeding.

I got mine at exactly 8 weeks.  I think I read somewhere that if you are FF, you should get it anywhere from 6 - 12 weeks.  I would wait maybe another week and then call your doctor.

Mine hasn't. I stopped BF around 5-6 weeks and my LO is now 8 weeks. I did have a little bit of spotting around 6 weeks, but that was after my 6 week check up so I'm pretty sure the spotting was from that.

8 weeks exactly.  I breastfed for the first two weeks and breastfed and formula fed for weeks 3-6.

Stopped EBF by 5 weeks, then slowly decreased pumping until fully stopping at 8 weeks. My period returned during the 10th week pp.
