i don't know of any in arlington, but there's a great prenatal yoga class in hurst. It's the one I went to and I feel like it really helped me stay relaxed through my pregnancy and during labor. I would contact the instructor to make sure there's room. I think the new series doesn't start until January though.
Check out that website above. I just went to regular yoga at 24 hour while I was pregnant. I also got a prenatal video at target that I did, but since I did yoga before I was pregnant it really didn't do much for me.

I agree with the above poster. I have been going to a vinyasa (flow) yoga class at my gym for years, and when I tried a prenatal yoga DVD this weekend, it was really disappointing. I let the instructors at my gym know that I am pregnant, and they offer modifications for me if they're doing inversions or laying flat on their back for a while. If you can't find a specific prenatal class, you might consider going to a beginner's level class and just letting the instructor know you need some verbal cues for modification.
