ERGO?

I have an ergo performance and I love it, but I have the hardest time buckling the shoulder straps when DS is on my front.  Does anyone have any tips?  I just can't seem to reach the short buckle without bending myself in all sorts of strange ways!

Can you slide the straps up closer to your head? When I slide them down for a back carry I always have to readjust them up again for a front carry.

Thats a good idea.... i keep trying to slide them lower!

It's not intuitive is it?

But I'd try sliding them as far UP as you can before you put it on, then you're practically just reaching behind your head to clasp it.

Oh my gosh that was soooo much easier!  I can't believe I didn't think of that myself!
