S/O etsy sellers. Q- should I message and ask what's up?

I ordered 2 CD covers from a seller on the 8th. Her page says she ships within 5 days of payment.

The status still does not say they've been shipped, and we haven't received them. I know it hasn't been a way long time. But LO could come anytime now, and it would be nice to have the dipes BEFORE he shows up haha.

I  don't know what the etiquette is for this. Is it ok for me to message and double check the status is correct -paid, not shipped- or what?

I think it's fine to e-mail and check the status. I don't sell on etsy but I've been known to forget to change the shipping status on Paypal.
