I made some yesterday. I tried it out- it was good, but didn't melt all the way. I just made some more and it's still trying to fully melt. Did I just not use a good chocolate?
What chocolate do you use?! Mine doesn't look like the picture either--- one of the pictures I saw was a light chocolate color. Mine is dark... Have I just messed it up? It's great to just eat off the stick though ![]()
*Also- I don't recommend the sticks you use for lollipops- they tend to unroll when sitting in hot milk for a bit.

Mine came out dark, too. I used Ghirardelli chocolate. And I usually had some pieces that didn't dissolve quite right.
I think it's just that chocolate can be tricky to work with.
