Can they have a preference so young?

Elise had no problem going from breastmilk to the original formula she was drinking, Enfamil Newborn.  But, when we switched to Gentlease, we started noticing she would fuss at the bottle more and even push it out with her tongue.  We tested her by giving her the Enfamil Newborn when she was pushing out the Gentlease and she drank the Enfamil Newborn without a problem.  For now, we are back to Enfamil Newborn with the Mylicon drops when necessary.

J has never been a picky eater but I do know that babies can prefer one formula over another. It's mostly seen with formulas like Nutramigen and Alimentum. But girls tend to be picky in general

Sometimes they'll like the RTF better than the Powder. J prefers his formula in the RTF. For now we buy it that way because it's super cheap since the recall but once the price goes back up he'll have to get used to the powder again.

lol @ girls are picky!  So true!  She is going to have some attitude... I can already tell!

I gave her some of the RTF samples I had in the beginning.  Once I ran out, I started using the powder and she didn't seem to notice.  But, that was at a few weeks old and we were just supplementing. 

Her gassiness seems to be okay.  She had one fart today where she let out a little scream.  She hadn't done that on the Gentlease.  Jose says she's just a typical girl with poopy/farting issues, lol.
