It is like torture going on the high-risk board or the pregnant after a loss board...I sneak on over to kind off (build up hope, or fantasize) but that is not what happens, each time I just upset myself SMH... just dumb.
I do the same thing. As horrible as it sounds, I call it "emotional cutting," because it is (I think I heard of this term somewhere and adopted it). I cannot go on those boards anymore.

I've gone back to PGAL several times and while I'm still happy to see girls still there, it is horrible to realize I don't "fit in" anymore.
Emotional cutting is the perfect phrase for it. But I read in "Empty Cradle, Broken Heart" (book on how to deal with grief of pregnancy/infant loss) that part of grieving is confronting your feelings and this might actually be healthy for us?
