Just heard from our realtor, we're having our first showing tomorrow!! I'm excited and nervous all together. We had it for sale with a different realtor for 5 months and absolutely no showings, nothing. It's been on for 15 days with our new realtor and we have our first showing.

Good luck to you! We have our first showing tomorrow, too, but we've only been on the market since the 22nd (not even 2 weeks). I keep telling myself that we listed our house during the worst financial week in recent history and showings may not happen for a while

Here's a word of encouragement, if buyers are pre-qualified, the financial mess of the past week probably won't affect them.  My mom is in the process of buying a house and was prequalified from before the process so securing the funds wasn't an issue.
