Extended BFers -- increasing supply?

Hi there! Mainly I lurk but am wondering whether anyone who is an extended BFer has had any issues with supply, and whether the tricks that worked earlier on (fenugreek, blessed thistle, tea, etc.) have helped this late in the game.

Anytime I have a beer or a nice big bowl of oatmeal I definitely notice my breasts feel more full still.

My supply tanks when AF comes. I normally just try to drink more water and consistently offer DD tons of solids and water to drink. But a lot of her nursing seems to be comfort now so it's not really much of an issue.
