Medela Micro-steam bags

I just bought a box of these to use with my Medela Swing pump. I think I remember reading somewhere that you should use them everyday but for some reason I decided to double check that today and can't find where I read that. Is it everyday that you are suppose to sterilize it (after washing in warm soapy water after every use, of course) or is that too often and will hurt the plastic?

I have those bags......Some people do theirs once a week...... I do mine twice a week... There is also a place on there for u to mark each time u use it..... Good luck!
