what flavor cake and frosting would you suggest?  (If it matters I'm making a chocolate peanut butter torte also)

Is it weird that red velvet with coconut frosting sounds heavenly to me? Seriously....think how pretty that would be too.

Spice cake w/ vanilla frosting are fabulous.

Just my opinion, but.....My SIL made some of these for dessert on thanksgiving and I couldn't take more then one bite.  I found them to be disgustingly sweet.
