Winter Onderland Parties: whats your progress?

Invites are out - but that is about it!  I am horribly behind schedule and can't get my butt in gear!  Plus, this is my first birthday party to plan so I am getting nervous if I am going over board or not doing enough.

We are doing a Hot Chocolate Bar - anyone do this yet?  Wondering how to make and keep the drink warm.  I was told I can make the hot cocoa mix in a coffee urn by just using the mix and water.  but I have also been told to make it with milk and put it in an airpot.  What is everyone doing?

    We are doing coffee, hot cocoa in an air pot, and then some soda I guess. Cake and snowflake cookies. Not much more. I feel like for a first birthday, there is no need to go overboard. I will probably order a banner off etsy and maybe some favor tags though we won't have a ton of kids so not sure favors are necessary.

    Not too much progress here besides ideas.... I need to put them to life! haha!  For the hot chocolate bar I'll have hot water in a tea kettle and then I got a variety pack with 7 flavors of hot chocolate at Costco that people can use to make their own. That's about it so far. :) Good Luck!
