Moving Over from July 2011

I can not believe I'm back here 3 months after my first m/c.  After hearing the heartbeat at 6W 5D last week (a point we never got to with our first m/c) I was so happy the pregnancy was progressing.  Went in for my second u/s yesterday and knew something was wrong when my dr and u/s tech were talking very quietly.  They couldn't find the heartbeat and tried on several different machines and 2 different tech's. I'm devestated and can't believe I'm back here again so soon.

Sorry to "meet" the rest of you ladies here.  I hope our stays are short and we don't have to come back here again. 

Right now I'm really struggling with why is this happening again.  I know many women who have more than 1 m/c and go on to have healthy babies but that seems so far away for me right now.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  There seems to be so many from the July boards...I came from there myself   I found out during our first (and second) ultrasounds that the baby was not developing.  It's so heart breaking and I can't imagine going through it twice.  Also hoping your stay here is short.  ((Hugs))

I'm not sure what was in the water with us July-ers, but I'm right there with you. Same thing happened to me. Heard the heartbeat and went back at what should have been 11 weeks. Heartbeat stopped at around 9 week 5 days....  I was baffled as to how it could happen after hearing the heartbeat the first time.  We are of the lucky 5 of 100 people who this happens to. It is very frustrating I know, but don't give up hope. (I'm not!)  I'm so sad to see you having to come here... I'm sad any of us are here. It's really not fair... lots of hugs your way!

So sorry to see another July person over here, former 7/11'er myself...though my loss was about a month ago.

We were due 7/27...there are a lot of us here, sadly. I am so very sorry for your loss! I pray that none of us stay on this board long and don't have to come back! Maybe some of us will be on a board together very soon:) Hugs coming your way!

I was also supposed to be due in July.  This loss seems to be harder than the first especially since I miscarried a few days before Thanksgiving and now Christmas is coming up.  I was due with my first one in December.

I was 5/11, not July, but I'm so sorry for your loss. A second time must be so very, very hard. T&P to you.
