Anyone want to give me reviews/recs on Best Bottoms?
I am going to do the cloth diaper trial at Jillian's Drawers hopefully in January to see what we like, but I'm also curious about the Best Bottoms. Since I can't get these in a trial that I know of, I'd like to know what you ladies think. Of course I'd only buy one with some inserts, but I want to know if they're worth it first before I go through the trouble. Anyone else have any recs for specific things to try?

I can't help you with the Best Bottoms, but we love Bum Genius 3.0 pockets & Elementals. I also use Goodmamas and wool. BG 3.0 have been discontinued/upgraded, but you can still buy used ones.
I LOVE Best Bottoms. It is all we use anymore. We got them when DS was about 4 months and since he was just barely in the large size insert, we decided to go all large instead of getting medium now and large later. Even still, they aren't very bulky and work great. I like the fleece a lot more than the cotton hemp inserts.

We have two best bottoms covers, one with snaps and one with velcro. I never use the one with velcro anymore. The velcro is so thick and stiff that it makes for a very odd fit on my DD. I do use the snap one. but it's kind just in my rotation not something I reach for first. I'm not a big fan of the micro-fiber and the I don't find the hemp inserts absorbant enough. Honestly I prolly should just sell them.
DD is a big baby with chunky thighs and what works really well for us is prefolds tri-folded and thirsties duo covers. I also have some fitteds that work well under the thirsties. At night we use B4s with fleece soakers and have never had an issue.
Never used them. We use BG 4.0s (LOVE the snaps), Fuzzibunz one size (medium, they will last a long time I think, based on the size) and Tots Bots Easy Fit. The Tots Bots are my fav, but they are more expensive so we only have 6. The BGs are on great sale until the end of the year (buy 5 get 1 free) and the 4.0s are coming out in their bright colors soon.
