I am BF LO goes to bed around 8-9p sleeps till 1a, then up every 2hrs till 7a when I have to get for work/daycare. I have even tried formula all night thinking my supply of BF was low. Same schedule. Any suggestions? is this normal???
no offense but you can't possibly expect a 3 month old to sleep through the night!
DS didn't sleep through the night til he was way older! He still took a bottle n the middle of the night til he was 6 months old and the after that he would wake up just to be rocked back to sleep, sometimes multiple times a night until this past summer.
Hang in there, it is normal, very normal in fact.

My daughter I think is a pretty good sleeper. We breastfeed as well and when she falls asleep (11-12m) she usually has a good stretch of about 5-6 hours, sometimes 4. I feed her and then she goes about another 3, feed her and she's up for 30-40 minutes and does like another 2-3.
Last night however, she completely slept through the night out of nowhere. (About 12:30m- now). She's still sleeping and it's been almost 9.5 hours. Completely out of nowhere! My boobs are huge boulders!!
But your babe sounds completely normal, that's just their schedule. Does she cry when she wakes for feedings?
Not only is that normal, even if they do STTN at this age it isn't guaranteed to stick around! DS#1 was a great sleeper until around 2 1/2 months of age. Then never STTN until 8 months! DS#2 has teased us by sleeping 9-11 hours a few nights over the past week, but last night was up 3 times. Not to say that there aren't babies who don't STTN at this age, just that it's a little to young to expect it to be the norm. But hang in there...you'll make it!

Then I guess my 3 month old isn't normal because she sleeps from 8pm-9:30 am with a dream feed at at 10 pm and another feeding at 6:30 am.
OP- Here's hoping you get a good nights sleep soon! GL!

My LO is 3 1/2 months and sleeps like yours. Well actually, he's all over the place sometimes going 6+ hours and sometimes only making it until 4. It is completely normal at this point.

Thanks everyone I was just seeing a lot of posts of 3 months sleeping through the night and family/friends/co-workers telling me that he should be STTN. THey all tell me to start cereal now but it is too soon for me to start that just so I can sleep better.
Re: 3months not STTN-Anyone else?
