So.....I had to work 6-2 (at a preschool where we transport the kids ourselves) today and we were suppose to get an ice storm last night. As of 12AM school wasn't delayed or anything (of course I was in bed at 9:45!) when I woke up and checked...So, expecting to drive into work (since it's suppose to turn to rain this morning and melt it all..) I woke up at 4:30, got out of bed, had been awake since 4, showered, dried my hair, got dressed, then at 5:05 got a phone call from my friend saying we were closed.
Yeah....so I'm the kind of person that once I'm up, I'm up. I hope I can nap later
And I probably won't get paid for today! UGH!
Ok. Vent over!
Re: Here's a little vent (NTTCALR)
It paid off, we're now on a 2 hour delay. Bed time for me!
I hate when that happens - so sorry.
Hopefully you'll be able to get some things done and have a lovely little cat nap later this afternoon! Stay warm!

Zero nap so far....
DH stayed home a bit till the ice started melting so we watched Dexter (watching the season that just ended on demand) and I made breakfast.
I'm afraid if I sleep I won't be able to sleep later since I have to work the early shift again tomorrow. Boooo - this sucks.
